Who we are

What we collect

• Estimate request form: your name, ZIP code, project type and message, plus your phone number and email if you give them.
• Project details form (a private link we send you after we have talked): property address, a description of the work, photos, how and when to reach you, access notes, and your answers about timing, budget and your connection to the property.
• When you call, text or email us: whatever you choose to share.
• Basic website logs: our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, the pages requested and your browser type, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads its text font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Photos you send

Photos are resized in your browser and their location data is removed before upload. They are stored privately, are used only to understand the job and prepare your estimate, and are not published. The project photos on this website are ones we take ourselves, shown without client names or addresses.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule a visit and prepare your estimate.
• To do the work, invoice for it and keep the business records we need for taxes, insurance and the law.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a few services to run the business, and they handle your information on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Supabase (the database and private photo storage for our work system), Intuit QuickBooks (estimates and invoices), and Google (email, calendar and file storage). We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to give you an estimate, do the work, honor our warranty and meet record-keeping requirements. Private links we send you expire after a short time, and we can switch one off sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ramakatgenc@gmail.com or calling (360) 708-1984. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for legal or tax reasons.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, photos are stored in private storage, and only the people who work with us can see them. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything through the forms that you wouldn’t want a contractor to see, such as financial account numbers.

Children

This website is for homeowners and businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
